One of our first challenges was to design a new mobile experience that enhances product discoverability and decreases friction across the site. The main goal was to increase conversion rate, increase AOV and increase customers time on site. We utilized heat-mapping technology such as hotjar to identify customer journey friction points, then hypothesized design solutions and then AB tested those solutions to make sure our designs are effective at driving results.
